Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To begin, just send us an email at eccentrastore@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect when it arrived. Make sure sale items cannot be refunded. 

If you receive the wrong or a faulty product, contact us right away, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
